For those that request it, we now provide remote help which allows a technician to take control of and repair your computer remotely from our lab. This service is for customers that have fast internet access such as cable, DSL, or a T1. This can be quicker, less expensive, and more convenient to the customer in some cases. Call to arrange a time or if we have already given you a time, you may click the lifesaver below to start the session.

After clicking the lifesaver, choose OPEN or RUN instead of SAVE. An uninstall icon will be placed on your desktop which will allow you to remove this program when we are finished working on your computer.
